The nature of our services

We are an independent director advisory firm acting on behalf of company directors and investors. We are not licensed insolvency practitioners. Where a formal insolvency process is required, we introduce you to licensed insolvency practitioners, professionals licensed under the Insolvency Act, and support you through engaging with them.

We deal with company insolvency and director advisory matters only. We do not provide personal insolvency advice, personal debt advice, legal advice, tax advice or regulated financial advice.

Initial advice

Initial advice is provided free of charge, is confidential and carries no obligation. Providing initial advice does not create a retainer or an ongoing professional relationship. Where chargeable work is agreed, the scope and the fees will be set out and agreed with you in writing before that work begins.
